BILL COSBY COMEDY TOUR
The renewal of sexual assault claims are further undermining Bill Cosby’s touring schedule.
The 77-year-old comedian has planned to crisscross the U-S and Canada this winter and spring.
But the tour has been whittled down by cancellations and indefinite postponements of shows.
His next planned appearances are in Canada, with three dates set for January.
Gary Bongiovanni, editor of concert industry trade publication Pollstar, says his advice to Cosby is “cancel everything and lie low for a while.”
More than 15 women have now come forward to accuse Cosby of drugging and sexually assaulting them — the latest being former supermodel Beverly Johnson.
Cosby, usually through his lawyers, has denied the charges of his accusers. (The Associated Press)
