Kingston, Jamaica,  – On Saturday, August 22, CB Foods celebrated the tenth anniversary of its Pan Chicken series, dubbed Pan X’ with the first of three island wide events. The first staging was held at the UDC Parking Lot in Portmore, St. Catherine.   The Grace team was out in its numbers for this milestone event, for which Grace Tomato Ketchup has been the official ketchup since the inception in 2010.

“We know the popularity of pan chicken in Jamaica, and we wanted to reinforce to Jamaica, that the only way to make it even more delicious is by putting Jamaica’s best and favourite Grace Tomato Ketchup on it. The partnership has really been tremendously successful and we congratulate CB on 10 years, and look forward to working with them in future,” said Kimberlee Redway, Assistant Brand Manager – Sauces, Seasonings & Spices.

Grace also found its way to create its own excitement at the event, through the “Ketch di Sauce” component. Pan chicken men and women were asked to create a signature sauce for their chicken using Grace Tomato Ketchup as the base.   The first, second and third place winners walked away with gift baskets courtesy of Grace.

According to Ms Redway, “We have been producing our tomato ketchup for over 50 years and the quality has got even better over time. The proof is in the popularity of the brand after all these years, and the fact that people tell us every day, if it’s not Grace Tomato Ketchup, we are not buying it” Redway added. She continued, “We will continue to keep our customers happy, while looking for innovative events such as this one that create solid partnerships and show the quality and versatility of the brand.”

Grace Tomato Ketchup is made in Jamaica at the company’s Grace Food Processors Canning Factory at 2 Twickenham Close in Kingston.

The Grace Team is looking forward to the next Pan X event on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at Dump Up Beach in Montego Bay, with the final event taking place on November 1, 2015 on The Waterfront, downtown Kingston.
