MINNEAPOLIS (AP) _ Jeff Green scored a season-high 21 points, Mike Conley matched his season-high with 20 points to go with six assists and the Memphis held on to beat Minnesota.

Six players scored in double figures for Memphis, which won its second straight after losing four in a row. Marc Gasol had 14 points and seven rebounds for the Grizzlies, who shot a season-high 56.3 per cent from the field.

Zach Lavine scored 25 points to lead Minnesota, which is 0-5 at home this season. Andrew Wiggins added 21 points for the Timberwolves, who dropped their fourth straight game overall.

Conley’s 3-pointer with about 5 minutes left to play snapped an 89-all tie. Conley had been held to 15 total points in the previous two games, but he scored six in the fourth quarter to allow Memphis to finally pull away. Green added 15 points in the second half on 7-of-12 shooting.
