Opposition Leader Portia Simpson Miller and President of the People’s National Party (PNP) has come out swinging against those whom she accuses of leaking PNP business to the press.

“I am putting my foot down … I am dangerous” so declared Portia, as she addressed her party supporters at her South West St. Andrew Constituency Conference.

“It is kind of hypocritical for leaders to ask us to come forward and expose corruption … you laud silence when it suits you” declared Dennis Brooks as he commented on Nationwide today, monitored by VISION SIC.

Portia has always projected a bad gal image “Some people trying to cross the line with me … I am putting my foot down, anybody try to cross me … them don’t know where I am coming from … I am dangerous” declared Portia Simpson Miller to thunderous applause from her constituents.

Portia now 71, has represented this area for forty years. She is believed to be well respected by her people. Portia is being challenged by Dr. Karl Blythe for the presidency of the PNP.

Portia once said “Don’t draw mi tongue” Portia is known for this threatening type of language which is uttered with much bravado.

We will bring you the latest on the turmoil in the PNP.
