Influenza Outbreak Up To 80 From 57 … One In Intensive Care

As the outbreak of what appears to be influenza spreads among army recruits the figure has jumped to 80.  We earlier reported 57.

Medical source has opined that due to the close proximity of living conditions and close training such outbreaks are not unusual and highly possible.

Seventeen of the infected recruits have been either hospitalized or treated and discharged back in the community and or the army.
