Internationally Acclaimed Recording Artiste Queen Ifrica o/c Ventrice Morgan Interviewed By Vision Newspaper

We caught up with Queen Ifrica in the gallery of Parliament, November 13, 2017 while the contentious NIDS bill was being debated clause by clause in Committee stage in the Senate.

“My concern as a citizen of this country … I do not want to be subjected to facts around this Identification Bill (NIDS).”

SIC: What is your main concern?

QI: “Invasion of privacy, clauses like expired ID, retina scanning … are causes for concern. We want a delay and full public consultation.  We do not want after passage,  but instead, before the bill is passed”.

SIC: You speak about having children?
QI: Yes, I have teens and preteen children numbering 3.

There has been a continuous debate regarding the National Identification System.
