Khalilah Rose continues to blaze a trail in the reggae world for other talented new reggae acts to follow.

The Hail HIM singer is the featured artiste on the cover of the December issue of the prestigious Jus Jahmagazine, which is based in the UK.

“I am honoured to be on the cover of Jus Jah magazine. I have visioned this opportunity before it actually happened and Jah answered. What is very special about Jus Jah is that it represents Rastafari to the fullest and it is in print as well. This magazine is read all around the world. I am elated to be featured by such a relevant magazine. Every time I think of this blessing, I am reminded of the powers of the Most High. Jah makes all things possible,” Rose said.

Khalilah has also been very busy doing shows all over the world in places such as Dubai, Aruba and the United States (US).

methods of upliftment

“I have prayed that Jah will use me as a messenger and vehicle to help heal this world. The world is crying out for justice. Equality seems so far away at time but with reggae all things are possible. Reggae has been one of the greatest methods of upliftment. I find a great joy in doing shows all over the world to fight for justice. I recently performed in Aruba and in the US. The vibes was good at all these shows. Ones and ones are hungry for good reggae music, the people show me a lot of love wherever I perform,” she said.

Khalilah Rose has also found time to continue to work with inner-city children through her KREATE Foundation.

“I live to work with children. Earlier this year I hosted a treat for the children in Cockburn Pen. We were able to give them much-needed items like books, bags, pens and scholarships. I’m really looking forward to the next one,” said Khalilah.
