Perspective: Cheating Lover Led To Murder
A St. Thomas, Ja. W.I. man who slashed the throat of is woman/ girlfriend got 14 years in jail for manslaughter. The charge of murder was changed to manslaughter because it pointed out in court by the defense team who painted a picture which the judge believed the defense team that the man was provoked to commit the crime by the cheating woman said to be an habitual cheater…. good job lawyers, good job indeed!
Dennis Brooks, social media specialist “I am impressed with the lawyer who secured a reduction in sentence for client”
A lawyer must look about the interest of his client … that is what you want your lawyer to do and that is what you paid for. I am very concerned about somebody committing murder and getting it changed to manslaughter on what I call “spurious grounds.”
Relationships
There seems to be a serious issue as it relates to relationships, a number of couples seem to be not able to treat relationships well… they don’t seem to talk about things when problems arise. It ends up in violence … I just wrote a poem about it, that is …”Emotional Maturity.” I’m really concerned about how things end up with domestic violence, it’s really getting to me. It is becoming a national if not an international crisis. Domestic Violence knows no borders, nationality or sex.
Did the court err? This is what it is.
