The need to embrace the cruise industry cannot be ignored. Many persons will visit by cruise ship before deciding to return for the ultimate, a hotel experience. A first experience can be lasting.

It is like a trial marriage.

First impression can be lasting. When a visitor leaves the safety and comfort of their cabin they made a serious and risky decision … the new experience on shore should be a pleasant one. If unpleasant you could have lost a visitor for life.

We embrace this new Council and think it can enhance the visitor experience … if serious research and work is put in by this new Cruise Council.
