Rick Ross intends to open the doors of his 109-room mansion for charitable purposes, MTV Newsreports.

Ross recently closed on the Atlanta estate once owned by Evander Holyfield and wants to use the location as a spot to evoke positive change among inner-city youth.

With the help of his In A Big Way charity, Rozay’s goal is to give select youngsters an opportunity to visit the location and partake in some of the amenities his new digs have to offer.

Holyfield lost the property to foreclosure in 2012. The home sits on 235-acres, boasts an exquisite grand foyer, a dinning room that seats 100, a 135-person movie theater, an Olympic-size swimming pool, sprawling landscapes, a lake, a horse stable and a baseball field.

There are also two 4,000-square-foot guest houses on the property and a $1 million yearly price tag just for upkeep.

As both the leader of Maybach Music Group and a successful solo act, the Bawse can more than afford an annul six-figure fee. The 38-year-old is worth a reported $28 million, which could very well increase with the release of Mastermind on March 4.

Starting today at 5 p.m. EST, fans who hit up iTunes to pre-order his sixth studio LP will receive a copy of his Jeezy collaboration “War Ready.”
