Sean Paul has topped this week’s HOT 97FM Battle of the Beats with his single Want Dem All, featuring dancehall deejay Konshens.

Want Dem All climbed New York’s HOT 97FM charts to the No. 1 position in a few hours on Monday ahead of Omarion’s Know You Better ft. Pusha T and Fabolous and Audio Push’s Shine currently charting the No.2 and No.3 spots, respectively.

The track features dancehall star Konshens in his first collaboration with Sean Paul. Both deejays showcase unusual styles with a slow, steady flow of the lyrics to the fist-pumping beat of the track.

As a well recognised source for hottest new releases in hip hop and R&B, HOT 97FM delivers a ‘hear it here first’ experience to its audiences worldwide. Battle of the Beats features weekly battles of the latest songs, solely dependent on fan votes to keep them ranking on the chart.

After the voting period has closed the top two songs go into ultimate showdown, as each is responsible to rack up their own votes to win. The winner of the battle will be awarded airplay of the winning single as the hottest single that week.

Want Dem All is included in Sean Paul’s Full Frequency album to be released in 2014. Also rocking the airwaves is his previously released chart topper single Riot, featuring Damian Marley.

Sean Paul, who received a MOBO award last month, continues to shine as he recently wrapped up a Want Dem All promo tour in the US. If you want to keep Want Dem All at #1, visit HOT97.com/battleofthebeats and vote, each person is allowed three votes per day.
