Wiggins scores 24 and Minnesota gets 41 in the 4th, topping Whiteside and Heat 103 91

MIAMI _ Andrew Wiggins scored 24 points, Zach LaVine added 17 and the Minnesota Timberwolves overcame a triple-double from Miami’s Hassan Whiteside to beat the Heat 103-91 on Tuesday night.

Shabazz Muhammad scored 16 and Karl-Anthony Towns had 14 points and 14 rebounds for Minnesota, which snapped a four-game slide.

Whiteside had 22 points, 14 rebounds and 10 blocks _ his second triple-double _ for Miami, which was outscored 41-22 in the fourth. The Heat were 5 for 24 from 3-point range, 14 for 30 from the foul line and committed 22 turnovers.

Luol Deng scored 20 points, Goran Dragic had 16 and Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh each scored 10 for Miami.
