ARETHA FRANKLIN CONSIDERS OPENING ENTERTAINMENT VENUE

DETROIT (AP) _ Aretha Franklin would like to open a high-end club for dining and dancing in Detroit. Franklin tells WWJ-AM she loves how Detroit is enjoying a renaissance and she wants to be part of it. She says she’s considering opening an entertainment venue that includes fine food, a nightclub and a museum. Franklin says she’s found a potential location in downtown Detroit and she’ll announce details later.
