It was a packed Parliament, with students, Diplomatic Community, Journalists and other members of the public.

It was a splendid presentation, comical, factual and eloquently delivered by Finance Minister Audley Shaw.

.”I am announcing a 1.5 million of tax relief to all across the board” 13.778 bil in Revenue Increase to help fund Income Tax benefit.

Also those earning $J6 mil up will end up paying 27 percent an effective increase of 2 percent.
