Commentary
It was a week ago on November 15, that a 6 member Jury found Constable Collis ‘Chucky’ Brown guilty of three counts of murder, wounding with intent & conspiracy in the much talked about death squad said to be a feature of the JCF crime fighting tools.
This action of Castelle was disgraceful, and discreditable conduct not befitting of a Gazetted officer and leader in the Police force. He should have e exercised greater judgment. Shame on your Sir.
