The National Security Minister Dr. Horace Chang was involved in a motor vehicle accident at 4:45 AM today Wednesday May 15, 2019 at an intersection in Grant’s Pen, close to Shortwood Road, Kingston Jamaica W I. His security detail has received head and neck injuries. It is believed to be non life threatening.
Naomi Francis, Press Secretary to OPM has reported exclusively to Vision that ‘Chang is fine and undergoing tests … walking about” The vehicle overturned according to police reports. Further details will be supplied as same comes available.
