Canadian Multi-faith Federation condemns this brutal and horrific attack on a Muslim family in London Ontario

Canadian Multi-faith Federation is a representative of over twenty-five faith groups, serving for more than forty years on matters of mutual interest and concern.

 

We join all Canadians in mourning the loss of four Muslim family members targeted in a heinous crime.

 

We are saddened by the targeted act of hate. Racism and hatred have no place in any community.

 

We offer our sincere condolences to the family and the Muslim community and we stand in solidarity with them.

 

Our prayers are with the families and friends of the victims as they cope with the loss and pain of this tragedy.

 

Commentary 

We stand in solidarity with our brothers and sisters in the Muslim community.  This was a horrific act of terror.  We commend Prime Minister Justin Trudeau for calling it as it is an act of racism and an act of terror.  Our thoughts and prayers are with the surviving family members and all those affected by this tragic event.  The whole nation is in mourning and we too at Vision Newspaper mourns with the community.
