The Caribbean Forum (CARIFORUM) of the Organization of African, Caribbean and the Pacific States, OACP is now being chaired by Antigua and Barbuda for one year.

CARIFORUM is a grouping of 14 independent CARICOM member states, the Dominican Republic and Cuba.
