Christopher Martin’s “Numbers” Hits The Jackpot!

Reggae star Christopher Martin’s latest single, “Numbers,” is a tongue-in-cheek ode to Jamaica’s National lottery, calling upon a series of numbers, the singer hopes for the right combination to hit the ‘jackpot.’
Using a unique number system and cast of characters associated with symbols of luck, Christopher puts context to the game of chance beloved by Jamaican’s at home and in the Diaspora. Calling for #19 to always be at his side, and to not be ‘bruk’ like #4, “Numbers” expresses the thoughts behind number selection.
“it’s Christmas time, and now especially, people need the right numbers to hit” says Martin. The core dancehall track produced by Suku Ward is available now on SoundCloud, YouTube and Audiomack. “Numbers” will be released on the other streaming platforms Friday, December 18th. The song is the latest of Christopher’s 2020 releases including “Big Big,” “Little Green Apples” and “Dem Vex.” His catalogue of hits also includes chart-topping titles “Cheaters Prayer,” “Big Deal” and “Mama.”
