Deadline Approaching for Disney Dreamers Academy Applications: A Chance for High School Students to Pursue Their Dreams

Lake Buena Vista, Florida — High school students with aspirations of shaping their futures are reminded that the application deadline for the 2024 Disney Dreamers Academy is fast approaching. With applications due by October 31, aspiring Dreamers are encouraged to apply for this transformative educational mentorship program, which is now in its 18th year.

The Disney Dreamers Academy is designed to empower high school students from culturally diverse backgrounds across the United States by offering an enriching, immersive experience at Walt Disney World Resort. The selected participants will have the opportunity to attend various workshops led by esteemed celebrities, educators, business executives, and Disney cast members, who will guide them in exploring career paths in areas such as business, entertainment, and STEM.

The program will culminate in a five-day event at Walt Disney World, where 100 selected students and one parent or guardian will enjoy an all-expense-paid trip to experience a blend of inspiration, education, and entertainment at “The Most Magical Place On Earth.” Participants will not only gain insights into diverse career opportunities within The Walt Disney Company but also form connections that may shape their future endeavors.

Applications are open to U.S. high school students aged 13 to 19, and a distinguished panel of leaders will evaluate submissions. Selected participants will be announced in early 2025.
