Digital One Production Pulls on Heart Strings with New Project
Kingston Jamaica – Noted production label Digital One is gearing up to release singles from its new soulful reggae project called the Heart Strings Rhythm co-produced by Computer Paul Henton with assistance from Llamar Rifffaf Brown. The first release from the project is a track called ‘Jah will Lead You’ by hit maker Jah Vinci this weekend.
The project, originally set as a single record, morphed into a juggling project inspired by the actual message in Jah Vinci’s track and how it connected with Digital One’s CEO Richard Roache.
“To be honest, the inspirational nature of this song resonated with me on another level because I too have been in that place asking for guidance and leadership and having faith in that higher power to take you through some situations,” Roache explained
Roache and his Digital One label is no stranger to producing and promoting hit Dancehall and Reggae projects worldwide, working with artistes like; Vybz Kartel, Busy Signal, Tanya Stephens, Beenie Man, Anthony B, Warrior King and Chronixx. Trending projects for the production house include; Vybz Kartel’s ‘Up To Di Time’, Chronixx ‘Odd Ras’, and most recently the ‘Roots And Righteousness’ Rhythm which features; Bugle, Jessy Royal, Mykal Rose, Junior Reid and more.
The ‘Jah will Lead You’ single is getting the label’s attention at present as the response to the track has been tremendous since its premiere two weeks ago, Roach credits this on the infectious beat, heart wrenching lyrics and melodious vocals from Jah Vinci.
“Jah will Lead You has three major elements which constitutes a hit song; excellent vocals, lyrics and the beat all complementing each other. Jah Vinci delivered above and beyond on the project and we would be insane not to give the track the energy and promotion it deserves,” Roache added
The upcoming Heart Strings Rhythm will include releases from Turbulence, Ethiopian, Iba Fire, Delly Ranks and more to be added, already the official visuals are being prepared for the single. Digital One is also preparing to release a brand new single for viral dancehall artiste Gage called ‘The Reason’ which should kick start the artiste’s US tour.
