The Hon. ‘Babsy’ Grange was a guest on CVM TV interview programme today February 15, 2019.  The Culture Minister was being quizzed in her capacity as a cultural expert.  She was in another life a music producer.  Minister Grange stressed the importance of Artistes/ creative producers etc. getting” their house in prder by registering with professional bodies so they can get royalties from their creative work.”
 
Reggae Month
 
February is celebrated as Back History Month, and Reggae Month.  The recent designation of Reggae as a internationally recognized heritage Joyner was stressed by the Culture Minister.
 
Richard Chin and Oliver Watt were the hosts on the very popular panel which appears week nights. Monday to Friday on CVM TV … a topical issue is explored nightly. It has a very wide viewership of approximately one million …1, 000, 000.

Commentary
 
It was a very informative interview and the Minister was quite open.
