June 21, 2022 | Colin O. Jarrett | Family of five murdered in Clarendon, Jamaica. A mother and her four children were found dead at their home in New Road, Clarendon, Jamaica this morning.
Detectives are on location combing the crime scene for evidence of the murder.
The bodies were discovered this morning.
The mother, who is in her 30s was described as hardworking and the children were between 1 and 15 years. Two of the children are students of Beulah Primary and Infant School.
Principal, teachers and students are all traumatized and grief counselling is being provided by the Ministry of Education.
End of year examinations, which began yesterday, were suspended today as a result of the gruesome killing.
