A friend of mine sent me this book launch to take place in George Varil & Computing Centre, 3rd floor, Sears Atrium-265 Church Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M58 2K3, at 5: 30 PM of a book written by Former PM PJ Patterson. “My Political Journey”. He was a very successful and Jamaica’s 6th Prime Minister and President of the People’s National Party (PNP).
An Attorney-at-law PJ Patterson, QC is an excellent platform speaker who is sought after. He is the longest serving Prime Minister in Jamaica. He served four (4) terms.

This is his third book. ” My Political Journey” catalogues his remarkable journey as the product of a single mom who has come from bumble beginnings and rose to the pinnacle of political power in Jamaica. He is also a highly respected and accomplished jurist. In 5his our perspective on this book launch we wish Hon. Patterson all the success in his book launch or relaunch “My political journey”. This has been a remarkable journey which must have been with pain, sweat and tears that produced an individual who has had a long and distinguished career. He was like most Jamaicans from humble beginnings. Also from a single parent family. He is lucky if he knew his parents and in this case his father. Many Jamaican children were not even owned by their fathers and abandoned in many cases unfortunately in too many instances.
