GG Sir Patrick Allen Delivers Address at the Initial Officer Training Programme Regimental Dinner

On Thursday March 17th, His Excellency The Governor-General in his capacity as Chancellor of the Caribbean Military Academy, gave the main address at the Initial Officer Training Programme (IOTP) Regimental Dinner.
The 79 Officer Cadets from Jamaica, Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Guyana, St Kitts and Nevis, Suriname and Uganda made history as the first cohort of locally trained Officers in the JDF.
This feat was accomplished through a strong partnership between the Caribbean Military Academy (CMA) and the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (RMAS). Congratulations to the CMA on this milestone achievement as it continues to ‘…. impact Jamaica, the region and the world”
