The Baby Mother Removed From Front Line Duty in The Police Force.

Removal From Duty After Case Review

A new development in the love triangle case has taken place.  Vision understands that the baby mother DC Smith who is alleged to be one of the

Constable Kathy Smith from the Jamaica Constabulary Force

parties in the trio in the love triangle has been removed from front line duty in the police force. The move has been taken following a Case Review announced by this media house yesterday Monday July 25, 2022.

Tight Lipped

Parties to the Case Review held today Tuesday, July 26, 2022 have been deafeningly silent.  My source said:

“Tight lipped”

The police do not remove an officer from front line duty lightly.  This is a form of discipline and sends a signal that conduct not in keeping with the force order is suspected.

Intercepted Communication

Vision understands also that conversations between the parties may have been intercepted which can legally be used in a court of law under our Cyberspace Law. Details are sketchy and it may be this piece of intelligence that has promoted the removal of the baby mother Smith from front line duties.  We have to wait and see. The case is at a very delicate stage and lips are sealed. Our source also said:

“Lips are zipped …

We have been warned to say not a word …

As we do not want any bird to fly outward …”

Travel Documents

We have been told that all immigration officials have been put on alert as certain individuals have been barred from going overseas at this time. A formal stop order could be issued soon.

Background

Donna Lee Donaldson, a social media influencer has been missing since she visited her alleged boyfriend Constable Noel Maitland a police officer. It is over 8 days now and she has not been heard from. Donna is believed dead. We have no evidence, just speculation.

INDECOM Urged

The Opposition People’s National Party (PNP) has called on INDECOM to intervene under the provisions of the INDECOM Act. This call was made in a news release to all media houses. Vision has also been informed of this latest call. The PNP has also called on the police to attach “some urgency” to the investigation of the missing social media influencer Donna Lee Donaldson.  The PNP women’s movement has concerns.

Efforts to get a comment from the DPP’s office have been unsuccessful. Phone rings without an answer.

INDECOM

Will interview Constable Noel Maitland and DC Smith on August 3, 2022. We await the outcome of that process. Could an arrest be made then?

Commentary

The removal from Frontline duty of DC Smith is not a joke. It sends a signal that her conduct has raised eyebrows and action had to be taken to send her home, at least for now. She could hamper the probe into the missing social media influencer case …  with whom she did not enjoy a friendly relationship.

They were believed to have been sharing the same man Constable Noel Maitland.

In fact it was reported by Ms. Lug, mother of Donna Lee Donaldson that DC Smith had assaulted her daughter Donna some time ago.

No formal charges were laid with the police. We have no evidence of Ms. Lug’s allegation. It was said on radio in an interview. We feel that despite the silence there is progress being made in the case and we expect an arrest soon.
