JLP Had Superior Message …” said PNP General Secretary Paul Burke …

Burke-Paul

Speaking in an interview monitored by Vision the PNP General Secretary said he will review his position after the loss to the JLP.

The PNP had no response to the 10 point plan of the Andrew Holness led JLP. This message connected with the populace especially the young.

The PNP adopted a strategy to denigrate the JLP leadership and seem to have taken the electorate for granted.

Background

The JLP got three seats more than the PNP led Portia Simpson Miller government. They started the electoral race for Jamaica House. This was the 17th Election since Universal Adult Suffrage in 1944.
