Knights Table BBQ Fundraiser in Brampton

Knight’s Table will be hosting their 9th Annual fundraising BBQ and Carwash on August 5th, 2016 at 287 Glidden Road, Brampton ON. This event is in support of our various programs including our food bank and community kitchen. This is an opportunity for their organization and for the community as a whole to make a significant impact in the lives of many who are impacted by hunger, poverty and homelessness. We encourage everyone to assist them in their efforts to help alleviate hunger and create awareness of Knights Table.

The food and funds raised will help support various aspects of the programs they offer as an organization. Knights Table serves as a community kitchen and a food bank, which would not be possible without the support of their volunteer team.

Knights Table is the ONLY multi-food location within the Region of Peel that offers programs and services 365 days of the year without user fees, to individuals and families impacted by hunger, poverty and homelessness. They annually serve over 77,000 meals, with over 40% of our clients being children. In addition, they have also distributed over 721,783 pounds of food to those in need through our food bank program.
