Minnesota Cop will be charged with second-degree manslaughter in shooting of Daunte Wright

We were wondering why it is was taking so long to proffer criminal charges against the white female?  The Police Officer who shot an unarmed 20 year old black man in cold blood.

Background

We are told that the female Police Officer shot Daunte Wright after stopping him. What did she introduced excessive force which proved to be deadly is not immediately clear.  She reported that she drew for her taser and in error drew her firearm mistakenly and shot dead unarmed 20 year old black Daunte Wright now dead.

Justice delayed is justice denied.
