As the investigation into 119 guns and over 200 rounds of ammunition gets on the way in full swing.  Monique Hastings, the alleged intended recipient is in custody in Trelawny, Jamaica W.I., is being investigated. Her lawyer Mr. O. Smith confirmed that his client was interrogated by the police in his presence, is in detention, but not yet charged.
The shipment came from Miami in two blue barrels.

Reports are that Official Documents confirm that the former employee of PNP Councilor Troupe was paid J$25,000 up to November 17, 2017. Troupe allegedly said the former employee in custody left his employ three months ago. This information was obviously false. Why did Troupe lie? Did Troupe just forgot? Or did he (Troupe) have something to hide?
