NAMIC Reveals 2017 Next Generation Leaders

NEW YORK, July 25, 2017 /PRNewswire/ — The National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications announced today the winners of its 2017 Next Generation Leaders Awards, recognizing emerging business leaders of color in the media and entertainment industry for their career successes and commitment to fostering diversity in the workplace. In partnership with Multichannel News, the 2017 Next Generation Leaders will be honored at the 31st Annual NAMIC Conference during the NAMIC Awards Luncheon on Wednesday, Sept. 27, 11:45 a.m. – 1:15 p.m. ET at the New York Marriott Marquis.

The 2017 Next Generation Leaders Awards will be presented in four categories to the following honorees:

  • Cable MSO: Ebonne Ruffins, VP, Local Media Development, Comcast Cable
  • Cable Programmer: Daniel Eilemberg, President & Chief Content Officer, FUSION TV
  • Tech Company/Discipline: Linda Pan, SVP, New Digital Business, AMC Networks
  • Creative Discipline: Romina Rosado, SVP & Editor-in-Chief, E! News & Online, NBCUniversal
