NICKI MINAJ APOLOGIZES FOR “ONLY” VIDEO IMAGERY
UNDATED (AP) _ Nicki Minaj is apologizing after a Jewish group complained her video for “Only” evokes Nazi imagery. The Anti-Defamation League had issued a statement saying the “Only” video “disturbingly evokes Third Reich propaganda” and is “deeply offensive.” Minaj tweets the artist who made the video was influenced by “Metalocalpyse” on Cartoon Network, and the producer and videographer happen to be Jewish. She says she didn’t come up with the concept but she takes full responsibility if the video has offended anyone. She says she’d never condone Nazism in her art.
