ODB’s Estate, Documentary Makers Resolves Legal Issues, Biopic Now Available Online

ODB-Saves-a-Child

After some setbacks due to legal issues, Raison Allah’s documentary on the life of late Wu-Tang Clan member Ol’ Dirty Bastard has been made available online, reports AllHipHop. The documentary, Dirty: Platinum Edition, was initially slated to be premiered during a special screening at the NuHo Film Festival back in November. However, ODB’s estate issued a cease and desist order on the film. After the stoppage, NuHo pre-screened the documentary for Ol Dirty’s estate, which included his widow Icelene Jones, in an attempt to get a green light on the film. Today, NuHo has announced that an agreement has been reached with the late rapper’s family that will allow the film to be shown.

Dirty: Platinum Edition is now available to stream at www.NuHoFilmFest.com.
