Pastor of the Greater Works International Fellowship, GWIF Apostle J Andrew Scott has been hailed in a Commencement Graduation and Awards Ceremony

His Excellency Professor Apostle J Andrew Scott, graduated from the Canadian Christian Theological Seminary (CCTS) and CICA International University and Seminary on June 23, 2019. His earned Doctorate Degrees are in Theology and Ministry from CCTS and CICA Seminaries respectively. In addition, CICA International University and Seminary awarded him Professorship, Chaplain Colonel, Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Kingdom (Ambassadors), CDKA and the Diplomate Certified Psychotherapist Counsellor, DCPC awarded by the Evangelical Order of Certified Pastoral Counselors of America, EOCPCA.

His Excellency Professor Apostle J Andrew Scott is known locally and internationally for his prophetic sermons and is also regarded by many as a radical youthful pastor. His congregation in Jamaica totals approximately 2,000 members with Worship Services in the Auditorium and tents pitched outside the Pembrook Hall Primary School in St Andrew. However, there are close to 80,000 online viewers on social media and through the Church’s website www.gwifja.com.

Apostle Andrew, a former business man, is well recognized internationally as a gifted teacher of the uncompromised Word of God. As a Prophet, he has provided direction and godly counsel to individuals, Churches, communities, businessmen and the nation. He is well known in several official circles in Jamaica and has been a Guest Speaker at International conferences held within the Caribbean, Canada, USA and Holland to name a few.

During his years of Ministry, several prophesies declared by His Excellency Professor Scott over the island of Jamaica, have already been fulfilled. Through his tremendous achievements and works, The Man of God was awarded a Doctorate Degree in Philosophy in April 2006 from Brevard University, USA.

Also receiving awards and earned Doctorate degree is his wife Her Excellency Professor Dorothy Scott, who is now an Associate Professor, with a Doctorate in Ministry, DMin from CICA International University and Seminary, Chaplain Major Award and CDKA. Both Professors Andrew and Dorothy Scott had the congregation on their feet for the awards section which lasted approximately 20 minutes. Included in receiving degrees and awards are Her Excellency Professor Ann McCarthy with the DMin, Associate Professor, Chaplain Captain Award and CDKA along with Professor Carl Christian, Dean of the Faculty of School of Christian Leadership Organizational Management receiving the Chaplain Colonel Award.

Guest Speaker was His Excellency Rt Hon Rev Dr Phillip S Phinn, OEA, DCPC, PhD, who spoke from 1st Chronicles 29: 10-12. Moderating the Commencement and Awards Ceremony was the Regional Representative for CICA International University and Seminary (who resides in Jamaica) and President and CEO of Health, Education and Counselling Institute/ (HECOIN) His Excellency Professor Colin O Jarrett. He was also given CICA‘ and WOLMI’s combined highest academic Awards; endorsed by the United Nations, The Fellow of the Most Excellent Order of International Experts (FOIE). This makes Professor Jarrett an Ambassador on Global Education.
