Despite the pressure being placed on Justin Tradeau, by reactionary elements likely inspired by the down south influence, Canada’s Prime Minister has no choice but to attend and support the proud Cuban people in this time of grief.

Do not allow hate to rule the day. That would be shortsighted, indeed.

The attack dogs would have won the day if PM Justin surrender to them. Their call lacks real statesmanship and is as worthless as last week’s stale slice of bread … not fit for human consumption.

Fidel Castro 2Cold War

The Cold War has long passed and has long ended. Progressive democracies embark on principled non aligned foreign policies …. independent and pragmatic … in your best interest.

Political Capital

Strong leaders lead and others even your staunchest critics follow. Disregard any perceived loss of political capital. Be realistic and allow your better judgment to carry the sway.

Justin

We are calling on PM Justin Tradeau to ignore the attack dogs and attend his late father’s close friend. Fidel Castro was a not only a political friend but a close family friend. Who could stop me from attending a close family friend’s funeral? Only ill health or an act of God could prevent me from making that trip.

Reports are that in death Pierre Tradeau had Fidel Castro as his Pall Bearer. Son Justin must honour the feelings and most likely the love of his father for Fidel. Did Fidel export Communism to Canada? I did not see any evidence of same on my many visits and residency in Canada.

Justin must attend to be there to honour the feelings of PIERRE TRADEAU, a former PM and a great Canadian leader of his time. Pierre stood tall also as a world leader and was a great friend of Jamaica. He opened many doors, for Jamaicans, we love Pierre even in death.

We would be saddened if PM Justin did not follow his heart.

The Prime Minister of Canada must be in Cuba to mourn Fidel at this time … because it is the right thing to do.
