Perspective: PM Holness’ Rating Jumps

Despite COVID 19 fall out it widely felt that the JLP administration led by Andrew Michael Holness is doing a spectacular job. He and Minster Christopher Tufton, of the Health & Wellness Ministry have joined forces to tackle the fallout from the COVID 19 pandemic. Their performance has been an example to all. Minister Of Finance Dr. Nigel Clarke has also worked well with financing plans to help the affected. They have reported by Press Conference, almost daily on the latest developments. Transparency has been of a high standard.

Poll

There have not been any formal opinion polls, but based on the feedback on Social Media, PM Holness has been trending almost daily. We are so proud of his work.

Leadership

Jamaica is very fortunate to have leaders of such a high calibre monitoring this pandemic and not been afraid to be seen taking the tough decisions to keep our deaths to a minimum. PM Holness has led by example, upfront and decisively.

Confirmed Cases

There are 59 cases to date in Jamaica. The breakdown is as follows:- 30 imported, 22 import related and 7 are being investigated. Three have been 3 deaths and 8 released from isolation.

Toast

The Jamaican PM has been the toast of other world leaders for his performance during the CORVID 19 pandemic. We salute our PM for his astute and decisive leadership. The same cannot be said of President Trump and others.

Boris Johnson

The British PM is in intensive care with COVID 19. We wish him speedy and a safe recovery. He like Trump did not take the pandemic seriously from day one. Boris refused to heed advice not to shake hands. Jamaica’s PM Andrew Holness on the other hand, has been on the ball from day one. We may be little but we are a powerhouse as a small emerging country. Even the Opposition PNP are commending Holness for his strong leadership.

Social Distancing

We appeal to all to continue social distancing protocol. We also need to wash our hands regularly and stay at home as much as possible.

We congratulate the JLP Cabinet and in particular The Most Honourable PM Andrew Michael Holness for his outstanding leadership in the wake of this crisis.

We are proud of our PM. God bless. This is our perspective.
