Perspective: Sandra Faulkner Missing ….?

It has been a while that there has not been a sighting of the former Information Minister in the Simpson Miller Cabinet, then Hon. Sandra Faulkner. Contact was made within the law enforcement community with a view to ascertain the whereabouts of Sandra Faulkner. Where is she? Is she holed up in some windowless basement apartment, a form of self imposed exile?

Vitamin D

We all need vitamin D which is important for good health. Unconfirmed report is that the last time she was seen, she looked somewhat pale.
Is this true?.  We have no evidence.

We are concerned about Sandra Faulkner’s health. Yes, we are.

Sunday Paper

Alas!  despite exhaustive searches, no sightings to date.  Columns normally appearing in at least the Sunday papers where pictures of such persons would appear, has turned up nothing either. The 64 million dollar question is: Should a missing person’s report be filed?

Portia Stabbed ….

Since the observation that she virtually “stabbed Portia in her back” due to the apparent poor relationship she fostered with her media colleagues in the heights of her ascendancy… has left a bitter taste in the minds of many. There is a saying in the world, “the more a monkey climbs, the more it exposes itself.”  Sandra did expose herself … her underdevelopment based on the picture displayed by her, was not pretty. Sandra herself has a most attractive face but her headspace is as empty as an empty tin can or drum in a drought.  So parched is the drum that it has begun to rust.

Hawkish

I overheard some colleagues saying that Sandra’s biggest problem based on their sources is that someone overheard her belly aching that her security detail was inadequate.  When you large, you large. This was while she was at the Office Of The Prime Minister, as Information Minister. She had more power than the energy produced by the Niagara Falls spinning ten turbines. Yet she was as hawkish as a newly hatched chicken hawk protecting her young.

Abrasive

Diehard comrades (the political harlot types) swore that it was Sandra’s abrasive and confrontational attitude that
alienated Portia from the voters. The verdict is yours, as usual.  is this so?

The images of her regular fights with journalists, protrayed on live television … especially at weekly Post Cabinet Press Briefings, left lasting negative images in the minds of potential electors. They loved Sister P but her supposedly trusted lieutenant “was virtually stabbing her in the back.”  What a pity! Portia deserved better. She knew very little about the media. Sandra was trusted and was depended on to guide her through the maze of media relations.  Do you not think so?  Sandra failed Portia big time.

How do you file …?

My biggest dilemma is how do you file a missing person’s report?  Well, she is not important now so we should just treat her lack of sighting as a case of “out of sight out of mind.”  Good riddance.  As Shakespeare puts it “Nothing good is ever lost.”

Dr. Peter Phillips

To the goodly doctor’s credit, he has a good sense of perception as it relates to spotting “fakes.” He has kept such a clear distance from Sandra publicly, one is compelled to conclude that he thinks she may be afflicted with some undetectable plaque that may be contagious.

Loyal

Phillips may be soliloquizing  “I will learn from Sister P’s experience, and stay far from “trouble.”  She may be a  …itch. Oops! Don’t be surprised … he may be secretly having her holed up at Devon, his official office for The Opposition Leader, provided by former PM Bruce Golding.  They tend to be overly loyal to fellow Comrades.

Should Sandra be found do not hesitate to contact the undersigned. Is she missing for real?
