Whether heading to the beach …
Or preparing to deliver a speech
There is need to relax …
This will not attract a tax ….

Life is for relaxation …
Not for stress and aggravation
Never fail to enjoy life …
And ban any attempt at strife

In a high stressed environment
Today’s life begs for enjoyment
As anxiety mounts …
Emotional tragedy counts …

Let us learn from the past …
Take it easy… so life can last …
Take time out to play …
There is no other way ….

Never shun production …
The only way to build a nation
Recognize the blood sweat tear
Of those gone … who did care …

We all want to get ahead …
But we dare not lose our head
Stay grounded by slowing down
Do not ignore …  even by a frown

We all relish growth …
Never opt for cut throat …
This is a yearned after goal …
Alas! Many seem to want to hold

Do not fall cheaply
This would be certain tragedy …
Be strong even in disrepair …
The Father always does care …

Let us opt for relaxation …
Otherwise may be abomination ..
Life is for living ….
Not to be demeaning …

Avoid verbal assault …
It is likely not the other fault
To falsely verbally attack …
Is like a mad dog from a pack

Always seek to get the facts
Don’t ever rely on shaky tracks
They will lead you astray …
Likely unto a stupid way …

Don’t use Peter’s fat to fry Paul
That invariably does appall …
Gather your facts carefully …
So you can conclude accurately

Learn to manage stress …
Do not allow it to lead to distress
Stress is a silent killer …
Taking you away … like a thriller

We do our health great help
When we make the right step
Relax and be calm …
There will be no need for alarm
