ATLANTA (AP) _ Rick Ross is accused of using a Glock handgun to hit a man in the head so badly the man now is unable to chew food. The U-S Marshals Service took Ross and his bodyguard, Nadrian James, into custody on charges of kidnapping, aggravated assault and aggravated battery. Authorities say the June 7th incident left the man with two chipped teeth, a neck injury and no use of his jaw. Court papers do not indicate what led to the attack or what the man’s relationship is to Ross. Ross and Roberts are in jail without bail. Ross was arrested two weeks ago and charged with marijuana possession.
