WRITE OFF HOSPITAL FEES

Senator Marlene Malahoo Forte, a former Magistrate has suggested that the UHWI should write off the fees incurred by mothers who tried to keep their babies alive.

The Opposition Senator came to national if not international attention/notoriety after she was suspended from the Senate under questionable circumstances. The president of the Senate Floyd Green has gotten flak for his handling of the matter.

The former Magistrate cum politician was prominent in getting the high seas bill amended … offending clauses were removed due to her alertness and scholarship.

Malahoo Forte is a candidate for the JLP in the upcoming general elections.

On a personal note, she is married to former Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) Ian Forte and Court of Appeal, now retired.
