Basseterre, St. Kitts and Nevis – On Saturday evening, Dr. The Hon. Terrance Drew held an inspiring Independence Diaspora Dialogue, connecting with nationals living abroad to discuss key issues affecting their homeland.

In a lively session, the Prime Minister emphasized the vital role the diaspora plays in the national development of St. Kitts and Nevis. “Your contributions, even while residing abroad, are essential for our nation’s progress,” he remarked, encouraging participants to remain actively involved in shaping their country’s future.

Drew highlighted the significance of diaspora engagement by referencing the recent Independence Lecture Series, which featured three guest speakers from the diaspora. This initiative underscores the government’s commitment to fostering connections with nationals overseas.

“We are all in this together, and together, we can create an even better St. Kitts and Nevis,” he added, reinforcing the message of unity and collaboration.

The dialogue attracted significant attention, with over 228 views on social media, showcasing the strong interest among nationals in participating in the nation’s development.
