The Pinnacle Partners with Ennismore and Accor to Bring Luxury Lifestyle Hospitality to Jamaica

MONTEGO BAY, JAMAICA — A bold new chapter in Jamaican tourism is underway as LCH Development Limited partners with Ennismore and Accor, two of the biggest names in global hospitality, to launch luxury lifestyle hotel brands in Jamaica for the first time.

This landmark collaboration will introduce two internationally recognized Ennismore brands to the island—names that will be officially revealed later in 2025. It also marks Accor’s debut in Jamaica, expanding the reach of one of the world’s leading hotel groups into the Caribbean’s premier destination.

$450 Million Development Set to Transform Montego Bay

The partnership centres around The Pinnacle, a US$450 million luxury development located on the scenic Reading Peninsula in Montego Bay. The project will feature four uniquely designed buildings:

Three residential towers offering 417 luxury residences and 12 private villas
A 240-room branded luxury hotel, operated by one of Ennismore’s lifestyle hospitality brands

Construction of Towers One and Two is already in progress, with local firm Brothers Concepts and Solutions Limited completing three floors per month—a sign of strong momentum for the project.
