ThinkTel Announces Support for Latest Enterprise Voice Technology for Microsoft Teams in Office 365

TORONTOMay 15, 2018 /CNW/ – ThinkTel, a division of Distributel, is working in partnership with Microsoft on the introduction of their new Direct Routing phone system solution for Microsoft Teams that extends the power of enterprise voice technology to even more Canadian businesses.

Microsoft Teams is the hub for teamwork in Microsoft Office 365, providing chat-based collaboration, meetings, calling, and enterprise voice features. By leveraging ThinkTel’s telecom-grade infrastructure, Direct Routing for Teams enables users to make and receive phone calls to or from land lines and mobile phones.

With the introduction of Direct Routing for Office 365, ThinkTel is helping to unlock enterprise-grade voice and video capabilities for Canadian businesses, allowing them to seamlessly connect and in turn unlock more meaningful connections across their organizations.”
