Tiffany R. Warren Named to 2017 EBONY Power 100 Rankings

Recognized for Career in Diversity & Inclusion

NEW YORKNov. 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ — Omnicom Group (NYSE: OMC) announced today Tiffany R. Warren, Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer has been named to the annual EBONY 100 Power rankings. Warren’s leadership in advancing diversity in the advertising and marketing industry earned her a spot on the list of “Power Players.” All honorees will be recognized at the EBONY Power 100 Gala at The Beverly Hilton on Friday, December 1st.

Tiffany R. Named Omnicom’s first-ever Chief Diversity Officer in 2009, Warren has helped the company remain an industry leader by driving the diversity agenda forward. Under her leadership, Omnicom has launched a number of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) such as Omniwomen and OPEN Pride. Omniwomen is Omnicom’s professional network dedicated to championing the number and influence of women within the company and has chapters established around the globe. OPEN Pride, a subset of the Omnicom People Engagement Network (OPEN), was created to ensure the success of Omnicom’s LGBTQ population and allies. The Human Rights Campaign Foundation recently recognized these efforts by naming Omnicom one of the “Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality.”

Warren is also a member of the 4A’s Diversity Committee and the AAF Mosaic Center Executive Council, through which she helps prepare diverse talent to soar in careers with longevity and purpose.
