Trump’s Life In Danger?
Perspective: The Republicans appear to be so much on edge that some lunatic shouts “gun” at a rally and next thing you hear this was an assassination attempt on the life of Trump. There was no threat at all, just an empty rumour.
Secret Service
The Secret Service was on hand and reported no threat … metal detectors screen all who attend these rallies. These are secured and “sanitized” environments. The risk of an attack, extremely low. What a scandal! … are you surprised?
No one needs to shoot at Trump. He has long age shoot off his mouth and shot himself in the foot.
Open Carry
Many States in America have open carry, so guns do not scare the average American. To bear arms is a way of life, even enshrined in their Constitution. It is how you use your gun?
Desperation or Panic?
In the last days “there will be wars and rumours of wars …the Bible tells us. Scare- mongering
is an old trick as old as Big Ben.
Trump et al should be desperate and see the need to panic as poll figures are narrowly pointing to a Democratic return to the White House come November 8, 2016.
A win is a win, even a close one.
The JLP in Jamaica has a one seat win, yet they have surely won.
The win for the Democratic Party may even be not close at all. Polls have been inaccurate in the UK and elsewhere.
Alienated
Heavy handed approach has alienated millions of voters … they (Republicans) have not won many friends and influenced many. Threats to build wall of hate to shut out Mexicans is short-sighted if not poor judgment, stupid and heartless.
On the other hand Democrats are building walls of unity through a comprehensive immigration reform, education for all and Obama Care. Real benefits, not heavy handed law and order policies like deportation threats and. veil threats interpreted as possible ethnic cleansing as touted by Trump’s platform rhetoric.
In my perspective, Democrats will continue to make America strong. EIGHT more years will be what the doctor would have predicted/prescribed for a healthy, respected and strong patient called the USA to continue to live well.
Threats
Kennedy and Reagan past sitting American presidents were shot, Reagan survived … although under the eyes of the Secret Service. Security has improved since those dark days. But threats never go away. John F. Kennedy was Democrat and Ronald Reagan was Republican.
