Ugandan President Museveni Meets Kenyan Senators at State House Entebbe

Entebbe, Uganda – Ugandan President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni met with a delegation of Kenyan Senators led by Rt. Hon. Amason Jeffah Kingi, Speaker of the Kenya Senate, at State House Entebbe on Thursday. The Senators were in Uganda to attend the Ateker Reunion Festival, an event celebrating cultural unity among Ateker communities across East Africa.

During the meeting, President Museveni highlighted the importance of African integration, emphasizing the need for economic and political systems across the continent to work in harmony. The discussions also touched on areas of mutual interest between Uganda and Kenya, further reinforcing the strong bilateral ties between the two nations.
