JLP Manifesto Launch - 20,000 people in attendance

Some 20000 Thousand persons greeted Holness in the Market District … bringing traffic to a halt. “PNP Manifesto sucks and the JLP’s rocks” declared Holness, to thunderous applause. Holness’ Manifesto tour will go all over the island.

Reacting to the Launch of the JLP Manifesto “I noticed that there was a relaxed atmosphere and a sense of unity … as if the JLP had won already. In my mins there was the fact that the leader spent some time to give details of the raise in the income tax threshold to J1.5 million. A lot of persons were excited to hear this detail. The use of technology like thumb drive and the Google App shows that the party is sensitive to the new trend”. Stephen Edwards is a civil engineer.

Hopeton O’Connor-Dennie was at the Launch and filed this picture story … 118, 000 Jamaican worker will benefit savings of J$8k to J$18, 000. A bankable plan.”
