Embattled Jamaican Rapper and Dancehall Artist Vybz Kartel has released yet another music video while incarcerated serving a life sentence in Jamaica. The video is for the single “Portmore City to Uptown” which was recorded on the “Black Pepper Riddim.
The music video was filmed in Toronto Canada and produced by Baby G Jammy’s and YardVybz Ent., while it was directed by Eyes from Mars7Films with visuals by Digital Bings.
