The Winters Group announces Live Inclusively Actualized, Grant Opportunity to Fund Programs that Foster Equity & Inclusion
The Winters Group is seeking to partner with organizations that are on a mission to break down barriers to equity and inclusion.
CHARLOTTE, N.C., Jan. 31, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — The Winters Group, Inc., a leading global diversity and inclusion consulting firm, is pleased to announce Live Inclusively Actualized (LIA), the firm’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) arm. As part of the launch, The Winters Group will be accepting grant applications to fund programs that are aligned with the Live Inclusively Actualized mission.

Formally branded as Live Inclusively Actualized, The Winters Group’s CSR strategy will focus on three areas of giving: grantmaking, volunteerism, and pro-bono and discounted services. The Winters Group will partner with 501c3 organizations that serve historically marginalized communities and deliver programs that promote inclusion, equity, and justice. Some of the firms’ most recent projects include The Cam Newton Foundation’s Un1tedAs1 Program and Greater Twin Cities United Way’s Leaders United Program.
As part of its inaugural 2018 Grant Opportunity, The Winters Group is specifically requesting proposals from nonprofit organizations that serve women and youth. “This is our way to give back to the world,” Winters said, “and support those organizations that are doing the much-needed work on the ground, everyday in our communities. Giving back is just one way we can all live inclusively.”
