Foreign Medical Aid

Hospital Ship To The Rescue
Following the passage of Dorian the United States have apparently dispatched their state of the art medical floating ship to assist as part of their International aid.
Medical Procedures
These ships are like mini hospitals and likely more equipped than many local clinics and related health facilities.  They are capable of doing certain procedures and even serious surgeries.  These are very well equipped hospitals floating.  They may be used as field hospitals in war zones.  Station out at sea and helicopters can deliver patients to the ship from say conflict zones or in case of emergencies like flooding or wild fires etc.
Barbados
Barbados has not suffered any serious damage or loss of lives.  The ship is heading to St. Lucia and other locations in the region.
We welcome this humanitarian assistance in the form of this floating hospital from the US as it could save lives and reduce pain and suffering.
